Comedy Hypnotist Hypnotizes Hello Giggles in This Hypnosis Demonstration

Watch as a world-renowned comedy hypnotist hypnotizes the ladies over at Hello Giggles at their headquarters in California. Initially recorded on Facebook Live, this hypnosis demonstration showcases how hypnosis can be used in a fun and hilarious way. As you watch, remember, this was a Live recording.

The comedy stage hypnotist starts the hypnosis demo by performing visualization induction techniques and sprinkles pace and lead statements in his instructions to the editors. The initial hypnosis induction ends at 15:55 with the phrase, “I want you to understand that from this point forward, if you ever hear me say the word, ‘sleep,’ your eyes will immediately close and you’ll sink down into your chair just like a rag doll. From this point forward, you’ll accept truth as reality and you’ll listen to each and every word that I say. Every word I say will become truth; truth will become reality. Open your eyes on 3. 1…2…3… Eyes open.”

Some of the other editors at Hello Giggles watching from their desks had to shut down the sound on their computers because they were listening a little too intently to the words of the comedy hypnotist. Barker explains that hypnosis is an auditory phenomenon and someone can become hypnotized by just watching the video on Facebook. The last embedded suggestion Barker inserts gets the editors at Hello Giggles quite upset. Watch them get insulted, irritated and fuming every time Barker says the word, “Hypnosis.” While hypnotized, the ladies are led to believe that they’re faking being hypnotized and insist that, “Hypnosis is Fake!” The comedy hypnotist is scolded and the Facebook Live session almost cut off. It’s hilarious to watch!

Barker’s comedy hypnosis demo isn’t just for laughs. Watch as the Incredible Hypnotist is able to help one of the hypnosis participants eat broccoli; a vegetable she refused to eat prior to hypnosis. Not only did she eat it after the clinical hypnosis session, she enjoyed the raw veggie and acknowledged it as a brain food that should be in her diet moving forward.
